Form filling, Letter writing and Applications for benefits can be a frightening and emotional experience. We always make ourselves feel even more fearful by telling ourselves ‘what if we mess it up, there is just too much to lose!’, or even coming to terms with telling yourself you need the particular benefit.

The Coventry Community Advisory Service ran by People Point Ltd want to offer you expert advice and the friendly approach required to enable you to be confident enough to seek the help you need.
